The concept itself is not very new - almost everyone offers digital wallet these days, but for a player like Citi to roll this out means a big deal - I hope this breaks the monopoly PayPal built over a period of time. I hope MasterPass becomes a preferred mode of payment for vendors and customers - I think its a win-win ! But if once you lose your mobile everything has to be deactivated Payment by Mobile-Wallet -- It's a quick process of payment is not required each time to enter card details. Available for PCs, tablets, smartphones. It is a safe method of payment. It definitely saves much hassle filling up repetitive information during checkout. But there's always the security fear at the back of one's mind that if the information is leaked, it can be a costly and messy affair unless customers could be absolved of such liabilities like PayPal. Digital -wallets have become the order of the day ! Sounds fun... making shopping experience hassle free and safe and if it is by Citi -- all the more beneficial !
